Which RSS reader to choose???
Though we know how to subscribe to RSS feeds, there is a clear confusion of which RSS reader to choose. With Google Reader being the popular one out there, some still prefer the ones their browser have to offer. Internet explorer offers its own RSS feed manager, so does Firefox & other browsers. There is a free RSS reader software to download as well.
However, I’ve been using all my RSS feeds through Flock (Feeds Sidebar), a Social browser from Firefox. I feel it comfortable for the time being because of its neat user interface. Am afraid of the bugs involved in Flock & also to keep track of my subscribed feeds in case, If I need to reinstall the application / windows.
I’ve been trying to find a better alternative to store my subscribed feeds and so far been highly unsuccessful. Getting accustomed to Google ReaderВ as well but, am not comfortable with its User Interface one bit.
Flock does provide an excellent way to view the subscribed RSS feeds with an option to export feeds for backup.В However, I still prefer something that’s more secure & permanent.
Any thoughts / suggestions, do let me know!!!
